3. Commission Process

2. Quotation: A quote will be provided based on the project scope.

3. Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 10% is required to secure your project.

4. Agreement: A written agreement outlining the project scope, deadlines, and payment terms will be provided.

4. Payment Terms

• Accepted payment methods: Shopify checkout process and bank transfer.

• Full payment is required upon project completion unless otherwise agreed.

5. Delivery Timeline

• Delivery timelines will be discussed and agreed upon during the commissioning process.

• Fine art giclee prints will be delivered within the timeframe advertised on the website.

• Clients will be informed of any delays as soon as possible.

6. Revisions

• Clients are entitled to agreed-upon rounds of revisions for custom artwork.

• Additional revisions beyond the agreed number may incur extra charges.

7. Copyright and Usage Rights

• Original artwork remains the intellectual property of Dorotea De Santis/doroteadesantis.com.

• Clients receive a license for personal or commercial use as outlined in the agreement.

• Clients may not claim the artwork as their own or modify it without permission.

8. Cancellation Policy

• Clients may cancel their project prior to the commencement of work. The deposit will not be refunded.

• If work has commenced, clients may be liable for a percentage of the total fee, depending on the project’s progress.

9. Limitation of Liability

Dorotea De Santis/doroteadesantis.com is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

11. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
